Overview

The OPA810 is a single-channel, field-effect transistor (FET) input, voltage-feedback operational amplifier with bias current in the picoampere (pA) range. The OPA810 features a small-signal unity-gain bandwidth of 140 MHz and unity-gain stability, and offers excellent DC accuracy and dynamic AC performance at a low quiescent current (I Q) of 3.7 mA per channel. Manufactured using a proprietary high-speed SiGe BiCMOS process, the OPA810 significantly improves performance compared to equivalent FET-input amplifiers at similar quiescent power dissipation levels. With a gain-bandwidth product (GBWP) of 70 MHz, a slew rate of 200 V/µs, and a low noise voltage of 6.3 nV/√Hz, the OPA810 is well-suited for a variety of high-fidelity data acquisition and signal processing applications. The OPA810 has rail-to-rail inputs and outputs, can provide a linear output current of 75 mA, and is suitable for driving photoelectric components and analog-to-digital converter (ADC) inputs or buffering digital-to-analog converter (DAC) outputs into heavy loads. The OPA810 is rated for industrial operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C. The OPA2810 is the dual-channel version of this device and is available in 8-pin SOIC, SOT-23, and VSSOP packages.
