Overview
The OPA857 is a wideband, fast overdrive recovery, fast settling, ultra-low noise transimpedance amplifier designed for photodiode monitoring applications. With selectable feedback resistors, the OPA857 simplifies the design of high-performance optical systems. Extremely fast overload recovery time combined with internal input protection provides the optimal combination to minimize recovery time while protecting the remainder of the signal chain. Two selectable transimpedance gain configurations deliver the high dynamic range and flexibility required by contemporary transimpedance amplifier applications. The OPA857 is offered in a 3mm×3mm ultra-thin VQFN package. This device is rated for operation over the full industrial temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
