Overview

The QN321 strikes a balance between performance and economy for low-power systems. It features a high unity-gain bandwidth and a guaranteed slew rate of 0.4V/μs, while drawing only 500μA quiescent current per amplifier (at 5V). The input common-mode range includes ground, enabling operation in both single-supply and dual-supply applications. It also drives large capacitive loads with ease. The QN321 comes in a SOT-23-5L package.
