Overview

This single buffer is designed for VCC operating voltages from 1.65V to 5.5V. The device is a single line driver with three-state outputs. When the output enable (OE) input is high, the output is disabled. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down. To ensure a high-impedance state during power-up or power-down, OE̅ should be connected to VCC through a pullup resistor whose minimum value is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver. The device is available in green SOT23-5, SC70-5, and XDFN1X1-6 packages. The operating ambient temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
