RS1G17XC5

The RS1G17 single Schmitt-trigger buffer is designed for VCC operating voltages from 1.65V to 5.5V. The device contains one buffer that performs the Boolean function Y = A. The device operates as a stand-alone buffer with Schmitt-trigger inputs, so the device has different input threshold levels for rising-edge (VT+) and falling-edge (VT-) signals to provide hysteresis (ΔVT), which allows the device to tolerate slow or noisy input signals. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down. The RS1G17 is available in green SOT23-5 and SC70-5 packages, with an operating ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
