RS3215-1.8XF5-Q1

The RS3215-Q1 series low-power, low-dropout linear regulators deliver excellent AC performance at extremely low ground current. These devices feature high PSRR, low noise, fast startup, and superior line and load transient response, with a typical ground current of only 45μA. Manufactured using an advanced BiCMOS process, the series achieves a typical dropout voltage of 250mV at 500mA output and is stable with ceramic capacitors. Through a precision voltage reference and feedback loop, these devices achieve high accuracy of ±0.75%. The RS3215-Q1 series is available in green SOT23-5, DFN2X2-6, and DFN3X3-8 packages, with an operating ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
