Overview
RS3217F is a low-noise, low-dropout linear regulator capable of delivering up to 500mA of output current. Designed to meet the demands of RF and analog circuits, it features low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and excellent line and load transient response. The RS3217F remains stable with only 1.0μF ceramic input and output capacitors. Through innovative design techniques, the device achieves industry-leading noise performance without requiring a noise bypass capacitor. The RS3217F offers fixed output voltage options from 1.2V to 4.2V. Available in compact SOT23-5 and XDFN1X1-4 packages, it is ideal for space-constrained portable devices.
