Overview
SDH2106 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Using a high- and low-voltage compatible process, the high- and low-side gate drive circuits are integrated on a single chip, with logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V. The floating channel can be used to drive a high-side N-channel power MOSFET, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 700V. Offered in an SOP-8 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
