Overview

The SGM8061 (single), SGM8062 (dual), and SGM8063 (single with shutdown) are high-speed op amps that operate from 2.5V to 5.5V single supply. The SGM8061/2/3 have a maximum input offset voltage of 8mV and supply current as low as 8.2mA per amplifier. The SGM8061/2/3 deliver excellent performance with the bandwidth and slew rate typical of current feedback amplifiers. They feature a wide bandwidth of 500MHz (G = +1) and 0.1dB gain flatness of 130MHz (G = +1). The SGM8061/2/3 provide a wide input common-mode voltage range and rail-to-rail output swing. Fast settling time and low distortion make these op amps well suited for high-speed ADC/DAC applications. The SGM8063 draws 75μA of supply current in shutdown mode. These devices are ideal for portable instrumentation and battery-powered systems. The single-channel SGM8061 is available in green SOT-23-5 and SOIC-8 packages. The dual-channel SGM8062 is available in green SOIC-8 and MSOP-8 packages. The single-channel SGM8063 with shutdown is available in green SOT-23-6 and SOIC-8 packages. They operate over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
