Overview
SL121S021 is a 12-bit ADC chip featuring high resolution, ultra-low power consumption, compact size, and single-ended input. Its performance parameters cover a wide sampling range of 50KSPS to 200KSPS, not just at a single specific sampling rate. The converter is based on a successive approximation register architecture with an internal sample-and-hold circuit. It operates from a 3.3V to 5.25V single supply with a power-down mode. Available in a 6-pin SOT-23 package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It is pin-to-pin compatible with the ADC121S021, while consuming less than 1/4 of its dynamic power at high voltage, significantly extending battery life.
