Overview
Single-channel high-speed low-side gate driver with 4A peak source current and 8A peak sink current, capable of efficiently and safely driving MOSFETs, IGBTs, and emerging wide-bandgap power devices. Low propagation delay and compact SOT-23 package enable MOSFET switching frequencies up to several hundred kHz. This device is ideally suited for synchronous rectification driving in server and telecom power supplies, where the dead time of the synchronous MOSFET directly impacts converter efficiency. Wide VDD supply voltage range of 4.5V to 20V enables effective driving of MOSFETs or GaN power devices. Integrated UVLO protection ensures the output remains low under abnormal conditions. Independent input pin voltage range of -5V to 24V ensures stable operation in the presence of overshoot caused by parasitic inductance. The input pin voltage threshold is also compatible with TTL-level inputs.
