Overview
SN74AHC1G125 and SN74AHCT1G125 are non-inverting buffer/line drivers with 3-state outputs. The output enable input (OE) controls the 3-state outputs. A high level on OE forces the outputs into a high-impedance state. The SN74AHC1G125 is compatible with CMOS input switching levels, with a supply voltage range of 2V~5.5V. The SN74AHCT1G125 is compatible with TTL input switching levels, with a supply voltage range of 4.5V~5.5V.
