Overview
The bus buffer gate operates over a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V. The device is a single line driver with 3-state outputs. When the output-enable input is high, the outputs are disabled. The device fully supports partial power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down.
