SN74LVC1G19DBVR

This decoder/demultiplexer is designed for 1.65-V to 5.5–V CC operation. The SN74LVC1G19 device is a 1-of-2 decoder / demultiplexer. When E input is high, the decoder will be disabled and both outputs will be high. When E input is low, the A input selects which output will be low. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using l_off.
