Overview
The UMW SP3232EEN features two receivers, two drivers, and a dual charge pump circuit. The device complies with TIA/EIA-232-F requirements, providing an electrical interface between asynchronous communication controllers and serial port connectors. The charge pump and four small external capacitors allow operation from a single 3.0V to 5.5V supply. The device supports data signaling rates up to 250kbit/s, with a maximum driver output slew rate of 30V/μs.
