SP3485EEN

SP3485EEN is a RS-485 transceiver operating from a wide supply voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V, with bus port ESD protection up to 15kV HBM, a bus voltage range of ±15V, half-duplex, low-power operation, and fully compliant with TIA/EIA-485 standard requirements. It integrates one driver and one receiver, both independently enable and disable. When both are disabled, both the driver and receiver outputs enter a high-impedance state. With 1/8 unit load, up to 256 SP3485EEN transceivers can be connected in parallel on the same communication bus. Error-free data transmission up to 14Mbps is supported. Operating at 3.3V, it features fail-safe, current limiting protection, and overvoltage protection.
