The TCR3UF series are single-output voltage regulators fabricated in CMOS process with ON/OFF control input, featuring ultra-low quiescent current and low dropout voltage. These voltage regulators provide fixed output voltages ranging from 0.8V to 5.0V and are capable of driving up to 300mA. They incorporate overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and an auto-discharge option. The TCR3UF series adopts the universal SMV package (2.9mm x 2.8mm; thickness 1.1mm (typ.)), achieving a dropout voltage as low as 206mV at a 3.3V output with 300mA output current. Since the TCR3UF series can utilize small 1μF ceramic capacitors for both input and output, these devices are ideally suited for portable applications requiring high-density PCB assembly, such as mobile phones, IoT devices, and wearables.
