Overview
TD3232DR is a dual driver/receiver compliant with the RS-232 standard, operating from a single power supply. The bipolar output voltage of the transmitter is generated by an internal voltage doubler using four external 1.0μF capacitors. The device is designed for advanced high-performance computing systems, high-speed electronic equipment, and remote inter-device communication requiring high-reliability data exchange. Its input voltage levels are compatible with standard CMOS and TTL logic levels.
