TLC2274CDR(UMW)

The TLC2272 and TLC2274 are dual and quad operational amplifiers, respectively. Both devices deliver rail-to-rail output performance in single-supply or split-supply applications, expanding the dynamic range. The TLC2272 and TLC2274 series offer 2 MHz bandwidth and 3 V/μs slew rate, suitable for higher-speed applications. These devices provide comparable AC performance while offering lower noise, lower input offset voltage, and lower power consumption compared to existing CMOS op amps. The TLC2272 and TLC2274 feature a noise voltage of 9 nV/√Hz, which is two times lower than comparable solutions.
