TLV2170IDR

The TLVx170 series EMI-hardened 36V single-supply low-noise op amps feature 0.0002% THD+N at 1kHz and operate over a supply voltage range of 2.7V (±1.35V) to 36V (±18V). These characteristics, combined with low noise and ultra-high PSRR, make the single-channel TLV170, dual-channel TLV2170, and quad-channel TLV4170 ideal for millivolt-level signal amplification. The TLVx170 series devices also offer excellent offset voltage, temperature drift, bandwidth, and low quiescent current. Unlike most op amps that are specified for only a single supply voltage, the TLVx170 series op amps are rated to operate across a voltage range of 2.7V to 36V, and input signal swings beyond the supply rails will not cause phase inversion. The TLVx170 series are also unity-gain stable precision op amps with a 200pF capacitive load, 1.2MHz bandwidth, and 0.4V/μs slew rate, making them well suited for current-to-voltage converters. Device inputs operate normally up to 100mV below the negative supply rail and within 2V of the positive supply rail, though rail-to-rail input performance will be affected. The TLVx170 devices are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
