The TLV237x single-supply operational amplifiers feature rail-to-rail input and output capabilities. The TLV237x has a minimum operating supply voltage as low as 2.7V over the extended industrial temperature range and also adds the rail-to-rail output swing characteristic. The TLV237x can provide a 3MHz bandwidth with a current as low as only 550µA. The maximum recommended supply voltage is 16V, allowing the device to operate from a variety of rechargeable batteries (supporting supplies from ±1.35V up to ±8V). The CMOS input characteristics suitable for high-impedance sensor interfaces and the low-voltage operation feature make it an ideal replacement for the TLV227x in battery-powered applications. The rail-to-rail input stage further enhances its versatility. All products in this series are available in PDIP and SOIC packages. Single-channel devices are available in the small SOT-23 package, dual-channel devices in the MSOP package, and quad-channel products in the TSSOP package. The TLV237x can operate at 2.7V, which is compatible with lithium-ion battery-powered systems and the operating supply voltage ranges of many modern micropower microcontrollers, including TI's MSP430.
