The TLV387, TLV2387, and TLV4387 (TLVx387) series precision amplifiers deliver advanced performance. Utilizing zero-drift technology, the TLVx387 provides unmatched long-term stability in offset voltage and offset drift. With only 570 μA of quiescent current, the TLVx387 achieves 5.7 MHz bandwidth, 8.5 nV/√Hz broadband noise, and 177 nVPP 1/f noise. These specifications are critical for achieving ultra-high precision and linearity without degradation in 16-bit to 24-bit ADC applications. The TLVx387's bias current varies smoothly with temperature, requiring virtually no calibration over temperature in high input impedance applications. All versions are specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
