The TP151x series comprises single/dual/quad CMOS operational amplifiers featuring low offset, stable high-frequency response, low power consumption, low supply voltage, and rail-to-rail input and output. This series employs proprietary and patented design techniques to achieve best-in-class performance among all micropower CMOS amplifiers in its power consumption class. The TP151x series can serve as a direct replacement for many commercial op-amps to reduce power consumption and improve input/output range and performance. The TP151x series is stable at unity gain, capable of driving any capacitive load, with a constant 150 kHz gain-bandwidth product, 0.09 V/μs slew rate, while consuming only 4 μA quiescent current per amplifier. Analog trimming and calibration procedures reduce input offset voltage to below 3.0 mV, and proprietary precision temperature compensation technology keeps offset voltage drift as low as 0.6 μV/°C. Beyond-the-rail input and rail-to-rail output characteristics allow full utilization of the supply voltage as signal range. This combination of features makes the TP151x op-amps ideal for battery-powered applications, as they minimize errors caused by supply voltage variations over battery life while maintaining high common-mode rejection ratio, even for rail-to-rail input op-amps.
