The TP156xAL1 series are dual and quad rail-to-rail input/output op-amps fabricated in CMOS process, featuring low offset voltage, low power consumption, and stable high-frequency response characteristics. This series incorporates proprietary design techniques to achieve excellent AC performance — 6 MHz bandwidth, 4.5 V/μs slew rate, and low distortion — while consuming only 600 μA quiescent current per amplifier. The input common-mode voltage range extends 300 mV beyond both the negative and positive supply rails, and the output can swing to the supply rails. This series serves as a drop-in replacement for commercially available op-amps to reduce power consumption, extend input/output range, and improve performance. This combination of features makes it an ideal choice for motor control and automotive applications. The rail-to-rail swing capability at both input and output enables designers to buffer CMOS DACs, ASICs, or other wide-output-swing devices in single-supply systems.
