Overview

This amplifier series consists of single/dual/quad-channel chopper-stabilized zero-drift op-amps, optimized for 1.8V to 5.5V single-supply or ±0.9V to ±2.75V dual-supply operation. The TP555X series features ultralow input offset voltage and low noise, with no 1/f noise corner down to 0.1Hz. The TP555X is designed to achieve ultralow offset voltage and offset temperature drift, wide gain bandwidth, and rail-to-rail input/output swing, while minimizing power consumption. The series offers ultralow offset voltage (5μV maximum) with near-zero drift over time and temperature, along with excellent CMRR and PSRR. The TP5551 (single-channel version) is available in SOT23-5 and SOP8 packages. The TP5552 (dual-channel version) is available in MSOP8 and SOP8 packages. The TP5554 (quad-channel version) is available in TSSOP14 and SOP14 packages. All versions operate over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
