TPA158 is a family of high-side current sense amplifiers with high common-mode voltage. The TPA158 series offers very high precision and accuracy, with VOS less than 150μV (maximum) and gain error less than 0.55% (maximum). Five fixed gains are available: 20V/V, 50V/V, 100V/V, 200V/V, and 500V/V, providing a wide dynamic range for current sensing applications. The TPA158 series features an input common-mode voltage range of 3V to 150V and a bandwidth of 1MHz, making it well suited for small-signal conditioning interfaces with SAR ADCs. The TPA158 delivers breakthrough performance over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Its zero-drift core ensures a maximum offset drift of 0.1μV/°C across the full operating temperature and common-mode voltage range. The TPA158 is available in a SOT23-5 package.
