TPA1861-TR

The TPA186x series are the latest high supply voltage amplifiers featuring 30 μV low offset voltage, low noise, and stable high-frequency response. This series employs proprietary patented design techniques to achieve excellent AC performance while consuming only 1.4 mA quiescent current per amplifier, including 6 MHz bandwidth, 5 V/μs slew rate, and low distortion. The common-mode input voltage range extends to V−, with rail-to-rail output swing. The TPA186x series incorporates over-temperature protection to ensure device safety. When the junction temperature reaches approximately 170°C, the output enters a high-impedance state; functionality resumes when the junction temperature drops to approximately 150°C. This series features a very small power temperature coefficient, which is highly beneficial for temperature-sensitive applications. Typical application circuit: VOUT = (ILOAD × RSHUNT) × (R2 / R1) + VREF, when R3 = R1, R2 = R4, RSHUNT << R1.
