TPA191A2-SC6R

The TPA191 family is a series of zero-drift, bidirectional current-sense amplifiers capable of sensing the voltage drop across a shunt resistor over a common-mode voltage range of −0.3 V to 36 V, independent of the supply voltage. The family offers five fixed gains: 20 V/V, 50 V/V, 75 V/V, 100 V/V, and 200 V/V. The integrated matched gain resistor network minimizes gain error and reduces temperature drift. The low offset of the zero-drift architecture enables current sensing at full-scale shunt voltages as low as 10 mV. The TPA191 family operates from a 2.7 V to 36 V single supply with a typical supply current of 80 μA. All versions operate over a temperature range of −40°C to 125°C and are available in a SOT363 (SC70-6) package.
