These devices are CMOS single, dual, and quad rail-to-rail input/output op amps that operate from a 2.7V to 16V single supply or ±1.35V to ±8V dual supply. They employ proprietary design techniques to achieve excellent DC and AC performance, including a maximum offset voltage of 250μV at 25°C, a gain bandwidth product of 2.5MHz, and a slew rate of 2V/μs. The devices feature a unique zero-crossover input topology that eliminates the input offset transition zone caused by the complementary input stages of rail-to-rail input op amps. The input common-mode range extends from the negative supply to the positive supply. Excellent CMRR is maintained across the entire common-mode range with no input stage crossover distortion. The devices are available in standard packages and are rated for operation over a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
