TPA8023-SO1R

TPA8023 is a precision, single-ended input, single-ended output isolated amplifier whose output is isolated from the input circuit via a capacitive silicon dioxide insulation barrier. The barrier is certified to provide isolation up to 3750-VRMS for the SOP8 package (per UL1577) and up to 5000-VRMS for the WSOP8 package. Through innovative circuit design and optimized construction, the device's common-mode transient immunity is significantly enhanced. The device input is high-impedance, allowing connection to a high-impedance resistive voltage divider or any other high-impedance voltage signal source. The device provides a single-ended output that can feed into the single-ended input of the next stage. Its exceptional performance supports bus voltage measurement in motor control and other applications. The device is available in SOP8 and WSOP8 packages with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
