Overview

This device is a 16-bit ADC supporting unipolar pseudo-differential inputs with an input range of 0 V to VREF. The device operates from an external reference voltage of 2.5 V to VDD. It provides an SPI-compatible interface and supports daisy-chain operation in multi-device applications. The device also features an optional busy indicator bit for synchronization with the host.
