TPC51701-QFOR

TPC51701 is an 8-channel, 16-bit ADC powered by a single VDD supply. The device is highly integrated, incorporating a 16-bit SAR ADC, an 8-channel multiplexer with flexible sequencer, a configurable single-pole filter, a low-drift internal buffered reference, and a temperature sensor. It supports multiple input types, including unipolar and bipolar single-ended or differential inputs. The device provides an SPI interface for register and conversion result read/write operations. The interface is powered by a VIO supply ranging from 1.8 V to 5 V. The TPC51701 is available in a compact 20-pin 4 mm × 4 mm QFN package, with an operating temperature range of −40°C ~ +125°C. The TPC517xx is a product family covering different resolutions, throughput rates, and channel counts.
