Overview

The TSZ121/122 series high-precision op-amps offer ultra-low input offset voltage with near-zero drift. The TSZ121 is a single-channel version and the TSZ122 is a dual-channel version, both with industry-standard-compatible pinouts. This series features rail-to-rail input and output, excellent power efficiency, and a 400kHz gain-bandwidth product, with supply current below 40μA at 5V. The devices also feature ultra-low input bias current. These characteristics make the TSZ121/122 series ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-powered applications, and portable applications.
