Overview
U2103C/U2106C is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with full operating voltage up to +600V, featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V logic levels. The output driver stage employs a high-pulse-current buffer design to minimize shoot-through conduction. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side configurations, with operating voltages up to 600V.
