Overview
U3115C is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with full operating voltage up to +350V, featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V logic levels. The output drivers feature high pulse current buffer stages designed to minimize cross-conduction. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side configurations, with operating voltages up to 350V.
