Overview
The U3215C/U3216C operates fully up to +600V and is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V logic levels. The output driver stage features a high peak-current buffer stage designed to minimize shoot-through in the driver stage. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in a high-side configuration with operating voltages up to 600V.
