XBL8551S

The XBL855x series amplifiers employ a patented fast-response chopper stabilization technique to correct input offset voltage, achieving ultra-low offset and drift. This method continuously measures and compensates for input offset, eliminating drift over time and temperature as well as 1/f noise. This design breakthrough enables the devices to achieve a 1.5 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 1.2 V/μs slew rate while consuming only 125 μA of supply current. These devices are unity-gain stable and feature excellent power supply rejection ratio and common-mode rejection ratio. The XBL855x series is ideal for applications requiring precise amplification of low-level signals that cannot tolerate error sources, yet demand high bandwidth and fast transient response. Rail-to-rail input and output swing makes both high-side and low-side sensing straightforward. The XBL855x series operates from supply voltages as low as 1.8 V, making it suitable for dual-cell battery applications. XBL855x op-amps feature enhanced EMI immunity to minimize interference from external sources, along with high ESD protection. All versions are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
