Overview
XC6206P502MR-MS is a CMOS step-down voltage regulator featuring high ripple rejection ratio, low power consumption, low dropout, and overcurrent/short-circuit protection. These devices feature very low quiescent current (8.0μA Typ.) and are capable of delivering 250mA output current with minimal input-to-output voltage differential while maintaining excellent regulation. Due to the minimal dropout voltage and low quiescent current, these devices are particularly suited for battery-powered applications where extended battery life is desired, such as computers, consumer products, and industrial equipment.
