Overview
High-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET self-oscillating half-bridge driver IC. The floating channel supports driving high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 600V. Built-in 0.6μs dead-time circuit effectively prevents high-side/low-side shoot-through. Integrated bootstrap circuit simplifies peripheral components. SOP8 package, operating temperature range: -40°C ~ 125°C.
