Overview
XLA3240 is a dual integrated operational amplifier. It combines the advantages of MOS and bipolar transistors on the same monolithic die. Gate-protected MOSFET (PMOS) input transistors provide high input impedance and a wide common-mode input voltage range (typically as low as 0.5V below the negative supply rail). Bipolar output transistors allow wide output voltage swing and deliver high output current capability.
