The XMCP602x series single, dual, and quad op amps represent a new generation of general-purpose, low-power op amps. Featuring rail-to-rail input and output swing, low quiescent current (750μA typical), wide bandwidth (11 MHz), and ultralow noise (8 nV/√Hz at 10 kHz), this series is ideal for a wide range of battery-powered applications requiring an excellent balance between cost and performance, such as audio output, motor phase current sensing, photodiode amplification, barcode scanners, and white goods. Low input bias current enables these amplifiers to be used in applications with megaohm-level source impedances. The robust design of the XMCP602x amplifiers provides ease of use for circuit designers: unity-gain stable, capable of driving capacitive loads up to 300 pF, integrated RF/EMI rejection filters, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (4-kV human body model). The XMCP602x amplifiers are optimized to operate from as low as +1.8 V (±0.9 V) up to +5.5 V (±2.75 V), with an operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C; over the extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, the supply voltage range is +2.0 V (±1.0 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V). The XMCP6021 (single) is available in a SOT23-5L package. The XMCP6022 (dual) is offered in SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages. The quad XMCP6024 is available in SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
