The XOPAx333 series amplifiers employ a patented fast-settling chopper stabilization technique to provide input offset voltage correction, achieving ultralow offset and drift. This approach continuously measures and compensates for input offset, eliminating drift over time and temperature as well as 1/f noise effects. This design breakthrough enables the devices to achieve a 350 kHz gain-bandwidth product and 0.22 V/μs slew rate while consuming only 26 μA of supply current. These devices are unity-gain stable and feature excellent power supply rejection ratio and common-mode rejection ratio. The XOPAx333 series is ideal for applications requiring precision amplification of low-level signals where error sources cannot be tolerated, even under high-bandwidth and fast transient response demands. Rail-to-rail input and output swing simplifies both high-side and low-side sensing. The XOPAx333 series operates from a single supply as low as 1.8 V, making it suitable for dual-battery applications. The XOPAx333 op amps feature enhanced EMI protection to minimize any electromagnetic interference from external sources and provide high ESD protection (5 kV HBM). All versions are specified for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
