XTLV73318-XC

The XTLV73318 is an ultra-low-noise, ultra-low-power LDO linear regulator operating from a 2.2V to 5.5V supply, capable of delivering up to 300mA output current with a stable 1.8V output voltage. Using innovative design techniques, its quiescent current is as low as 15μA under no-load conditions, making it well-suited for battery-powered portable devices. The device delivers excellent noise rejection without additional noise bypass capacitors, while maintaining outstanding PSRR and line/load transient response performance. By combining ultra-low noise with extremely low quiescent current, the XTLV73318 maximizes battery life in portable devices. In space-constrained, high-performance applications, the XTLV73318 can be paired with 1μF input and output ceramic capacitors to meet requirements. The device is available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃. The XTLV73318 is a drop-in replacement for the TLV73318PDBVR and TLV73318PDBVT, and can also replace the XLV73318.
