Overview
4061H is a 600mA single-cell lithium-ion battery linear charger with input voltage tolerance up to 30V and power supply OVP, operating in constant current/constant voltage charging mode. 4061H employs an internal PMOSFET architecture with reverse-charge protection, eliminating the need for an external isolation diode. Thermal feedback adaptively adjusts the charging current to limit it under high-power operation or high ambient temperature conditions. The full-charge cutoff voltage is 4.2V (4.35V available upon customization). The charging current can be set externally via a single resistor. When the charging current drops to 1/10 of the programmed value after reaching the final float voltage, 4061H automatically terminates the charging cycle. When the input voltage is removed, 4061H automatically enters a low-current state, reducing battery leakage current to below 0.1uA. Additional features of 4061H include undervoltage lockout, automatic recharge, and two LED status pins indicating charge and end-of-charge states. 4061H is available in SOT23-6 package with a bottom thermal pad. 4061H is suitable for both USB power and adapter power applications.
