Overview
The BUxxTD3WG series is a high-performance full-CMOS LDO regulator with a 200 mA output current in a universal SSOP5 package (2.9 mm × 2.8 mm × 1.25 mm). Despite a circuit current consumption as low as 35 μA, it delivers excellent noise characteristics and load transient response. It is ideal for powering logic ICs, RF circuits, and camera modules across a wide range of applications.
