Overview
CI121S051/CI101S051/CI081S051 is an ultra-low power, small form factor, single-channel 12-bit/10-bit/8-bit ADC with a high-speed serial interface. Unlike conventional devices that specify performance at only a single sample rate, this series fully specifies performance across a sample rate range of 200 KSPS to 500 KSPS. The converter is based on a SAR architecture and integrates an internal track-and-hold circuit. These devices are available in a 6-pin SOT-23 package and operate over a temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃. This series is a drop-in replacement for the ADC121S051/ADC101S051/ADC081S051, with dynamic power consumption of only one-half that of the latter.
