Overview
CI7910 and CI7920 are 10-bit and 12-bit, high-speed, low-power, small-footprint successive approximation ADCs, respectively. The devices operate from a 3.3V to 5.25V single supply with a throughput rate of up to 250 KSPS. The CI7910/CI7920 are available in a 6-lead SOT-23 package and are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The CI7910/CI7920 are drop-in replacements for the AD7910/AD7920, offering dynamic power consumption of only one-third that of the latter.
