Overview
CJ74HC/HCT540 is an 8-bit inverting buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs. The device features two output enable pins (OE1 and OE2). When OEn is HIGH, the outputs are forced into a high-impedance (off) state. Input clamping diodes are provided, enabling the use of current-limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages exceeding VCC.
