COS171TR

COS171 (single), COS2171 (dual), and COS4171 (quad) are single-supply, rail-to-rail input and output op-amps operating over a supply voltage range of 4.5V (±2.25V) to 40V (±20V). Despite low quiescent current, the COSx171 series delivers excellent overall performance and versatility. The COSx171 series is unity-gain stable with a typical gain bandwidth product of 5MHz. They provide high CMRR and PSRR performance and operate from single or dual supplies. Input signals can exceed the supply rails without causing phase reversal. The output voltage swing extends to within 150mV of each supply rail, providing maximum output dynamic range and excellent overload recovery. These features make the COSx171 series ideal for single-supply, battery-powered applications. They can serve as drop-in replacements for many commercially available op-amps to reduce power consumption and improve input/output range and performance.
