Overview
DOS2304 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET driver with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Its proprietary high-voltage IC and latch-up resistant CMOS technology achieve a robust monolithic structure. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, supporting logic levels as low as 3.3V. The output drivers feature high-pulse-current buffer stages designed to minimize driver shoot-through. The device integrates a bootstrap diode for high-side charging, simplifying the peripheral circuitry. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs in high-side configurations, with an operating voltage up to 700V.
